Here in Washington State we are fortunate to have access to an abundance of fresh, local produce. One of the best things of our late summer produce season in the Pacific Northwest are heirloom tomatoes. They are one crop that particularly shine bright when they’re at their peak freshness. We enjoy eating heirloom tomatoes on their own, sliced up and sprinkled with a bit of salt.

The Peak Tomato Sandwich is a celebration of the heirloom tomato and highlights just how tasty they can be. Crafted in our deli and made to order, we use local tomatoes, fresh arugula & torn basil, with a spread of herb whipped feta on toasted Macrina sourdough bread.
