Local Company Spotlight: Lighthouse Roasters

Here at Ken’s and Marketime, we are committed to highlighting and elevating great local products from companies and vendors deserving of the recognition. For over 30 years, Lighthouse Roasters has been hand roasting small-batch coffee with care and consistency. All of their coffee is roasted with a vintage 1952 Gothot cast-iron drum roaster, resulting in a product with greater depth, character and flavor unmatched by modern conventional roasting methods.
